Today the girls decided they did not want to take a late morning nap, so we went out for lunch at Red Robin followed by a visit to a nearby park. Here is Lauren (left) and Emily (right) admiring a large fish statue.

We did it! We placed an offer on a new house and it was accepted! The expected closing date is sometime in March. The house is still under construction, but we couldn't resist taking some pictures...
The house has a contemporary style with walnut floors and cabinets, brushed nickel fixtures, and custom tiling throughout... this is the wet bar in the lower level game room.
The territorial views from the back of the house are beautiful!

This weekend the girls tried out a new hairstyle... ponytails! Here is Emily looking at a counting book.

2009 was a wonderful year for us and we are excited to be starting a new year full of new experiences for the girls! Here is Emily (left) and Lauren (right) coloring with crayons for the first time.
