Twilight Relays at Jesuit

Emily competed in the varsity 100 meter sprint at Twilight Relays... her time was 13.3 seconds which was slower than she had hoped for, but we thought she did great. The caliber of athletes at this event was impressive! In this video, she is in the lane furthest from the camera.

Lauren triple jumped 31 feet, 7 inches. It's exciting that she qualified to compete at this meet as she is new to triple jump!

Emily triple jumped 34 feet, 10.5 inches. She placed 11th out of 47 jumpers and was very close to making it to the final round.

Track and Field Meet- Tigard

Lauren running the 100 meter... 13.9 seconds which is a new PR for her.

Oregon Relays at Hayward Field

 

Emily qualified to compete at Oregon Relays in Eugene! Hayward Field is a beautiful venue.

Track and Field Meet- Lake Oswego

Lauren's 4x100 relay team finished in first place.

 

Emily placed first in the 100 meter with a new PR of 12.88 seconds.

Emily placed first in varsity triple jump with a distance of 34 feet, 6.75 inches.

Lauren decided to try triple jump... she jumped 33 feet, 1.75 inches which earned her a spot on varsity for the next meet.

Wilsonville Invitational

 

Emily competed in varsity triple jump at the Wilsonville Invitational meet... she finished in second place out of thirty jumpers with a distance of 34 feet, 9 inches.  Congratulations, Emily!

Sunset Team Challenge

 

Emily qualified to compete in a varsity invitational meet called the Sunset Team Challenge. She ran the third leg of the 4x100 meter relay. Her team finished first out of eight schools with a time of 51.36 seconds.

Emily also ran the individual 100 meter. She finished in fifth place with a new PR of 13.34 seconds.

Emily won the triple jump event with a distance of 34 feet, 11.25 inches. Congratulations to Emily!

Track and Field Meet- Oregon City

 

Lauren ran the 100 meter in 14.2 seconds.

Lauren ran the last leg of the team 4x100 meter relay and finished in first place.

Emily ran the 100 meter in 13.62 seconds.

Emily ran the third leg of the team 4x100 meter relay.

Emily triple jumped 34 feet and finished in first place.
