Mr. Potato Head

The girls recently received Mr. Potato Head sets from their cousins Kay and Kali! They love playing with all the little pieces. Lauren even decided to try out the hat and glasses for herself.

The glasses are definitely the favorite item in the set! Here is Lauren wearing the green glasses.

Happy Father's Day!

We had a family brunch to celebrate Father's Day! It's always so much fun to get everyone together.

Everyone brought food and desserts which made for quite a feast!

Emily is mischievous and always on the lookout for fun things to do, like pulling all of the diaper wipes out of the container.

Lauren continues to seek out dark chocolate whenever she has the chance.

More zoo adventures... and a video!

The zoo is becoming one of our favorite places to visit! Emily (left) and Lauren (right) love to get out of their strollers to look at the animals. Here they are checking out the fish.

Another highlight from the weekend was playing with the water table on the back deck! Lauren on the left and Emily on the right. Dad made sure they were well protected from the sun.

Lauren has a sweet tooth! Here she is after climbing up onto the kitchen island to sneak a bite of Dad's 85% cocoa dark chocolate bar... she was very sneaky about it and we didn't even notice until we heard the sounds of "mmm... mmmmmm..." coming from the kitchen!

Let the summer fun begin!

We visited the zoo this week and the girls had a great time walking around and seeing the animals. Here is Lauren (left) and Emily (right) visiting the leopard.
