Sparkly Hairdos!

The girls enjoy getting haircuts at Little Clippers... their favorite part is getting their hair styled afterwards!  Lauren decided on an orange hair clip with glitter spray.

The bottom layer is a buttery graham cracker crust with marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham cracker crumbles on top!  They girls loved making and eating them!

Worksheets

The girls recently started doing simple worksheets and they enjoy it so much!  Here is Emily drawing seeds on the watermelon.

Emily was particularly excited about this worksheet as she loves to eat watermelon and strawberries.

Baggenstos Farm Pumpkin Patch

This weekend we went pumpkin patching at our favorite Baggenstos Farm which is just a few miles from our house!  We met Grandma and Grandpa Rufener and Aunt Tian there which made it even more fun!

Pumpkin bowling!  WOW, Emily really tossed her pumpkin!  Amazingly it did not crack open.

Yay!  The girls cheered when Lauren's pumpkin hit some of the bowling pins.  They are so enthusiastic and fun loving!

Cookies!

This week we tried out a new frosted sugar cookie recipe and they were delicious!  As always, the girls were eager to decorate them.

The finished product!  Lauren's favorite was the sparkly pink ghost cookies.  Emily liked the smaller circles and hearts.

Girls geared up for soccer!  They have so much fun at their practices with Coach Clifford.

This past week we also went outlet mall shopping and discovered this neat "tree"... the girls insisted on taking a picture and Emily gave Lauren a big kiss on the cheek!

Swimming Pool Slide Video

The girls are absolutely loving their swimming classes at Children of the Sea!  Here is a video of them going down the slide (Emily first followed by Lauren) with teacher Tiffany at the bottom to catch them.
