If you're happy and you know it...

A dental hygienist visited the girls' preschool this week to teach the class all about proper dental care.  Emily was particularly inspired and decided to brush everyone's teeth when she came home from school that day.  

We resurrected an old indoor tent and tunnel this past weekend and the girls had a blast!  Here is Lauren playing with a jack-in-the-box.

Portland Children's Museum

This weekend we visited the Portland Children's Museum! Here are the girls in the grocery store area... Lauren is scanning groceries and Emily is picking up her basket.

The transportation area had a miniature ambulance!  Emily was the driver and kept yelling into the radio transmitter, "Attention, please!" while Lauren turned the lights on and off.

Party Time at Safari Sam's

The girls were so excited to attend a birthday party at Safari Sam's for their classmate Logan who turned 4!  Here is Emily and Logan jumping in the bounce area.

Eating pizza!  Everyone had worked up quite the appetite after so much playing.

The girls played miniature glow-in-the-dark golf for the first time!  Here is Lauren with her (of course) pink golf ball.

All of the party guests received tokens to play arcade games!  Lauren liked the popping popcorn game where you try to catch the "popping" ping pong balls in a bucket.

Making Valentines

This weekend the girls made valentines to bring to their preschool celebration!

Fancy Braids

The girls love getting haircuts at Little Clippers!  Lauren watched a Beauty and the Beast Christmas movie during her haircut.

Another highlight of the weekend was enjoying the gorgeous weather and trying out new scooters from Aunty/Santa Kimberly!

Visit to the Dentist #2

The girls had their second dental check up this week and they did great! This is Lauren getting her teeth polished.

Afterwards we went to Pump It Up to play!  There were only six other kids there so it was less chaotic than usual.
