Spring Piano Recital

 

Emily played Cardigan by Taylor Swift.

Lauren played That's So True by Gracie Abrams.

Dean Nice Invitational

 

Emily ran the first leg of the 4x100 meter relay at the Dean Nice Invitational. Her team finished in first place with a time of 48.73 seconds. You can see her in lane 5 at the beginning of the video.

Emily tripled jumped 35 feet, 3 inches and finished in fourth place.

Emily ran the 100 meter in 12.64 seconds... a new PR which earned her third place. You can see her in lane 3 in this video. Congratulations to Emily!

Tualatin vs. Oregon City Meet

 

Lauren triple jumped 32 feet, 6.5 inches and finished in fourth place.

Emily triple jumped 35 feet, 4 inches and finished in second place.

Lauren got a PR in javelin with a throw of 65 feet, 2 inches... congratulations!

Prom 2025

 

Last weekend was the prom!  Lauren went with JD.

Emily went with a group of friends.

Lauren and Emily both looked beautiful and had a fun evening!

Lakeridge at Tualatin and Cardinal Varsity Invite

 

Emily finished in first place for the varsity 100 meter at the Lakeridge vs. Tualatin meet with a new PR of 12.78 seconds.

Lauren finished in second place for the JV 100 meter with a time of 13.71 seconds.

At the Cardinal Varsity Invite, Emily ran the 100 meter in 12.78 seconds (matched her PR) and finished in 12th place. She's in lane 5 (the center lane) in this video clip.

Emily triple jumped 36 feet, 1.75 inches... a season best which earned her second place. She is now ranked #8 in the state of Oregon for girls high school triple jump... congratulations!
